What a custom inquiry should contain
A usable custom inquiry contains a dimensioned sketch or a dimension list, the grade temperature series, the magnetization direction described in plain words, the operating temperature, and the fixing arrangement. It should also ask about coating and warranty as open questions, and about quantity and lead time in the same buyer-imperative form used throughout this site. Please confirm minimum order quantity and lead time before ordering. A custom inquiry that only says custom magnet, without dimensions, cannot be answered except by asking for the dimensions, so including them at the start saves a round of correspondence.
Custom does not mean unlimited. The published shape ranges still bound what is routinely made, and a custom geometry that departs sharply from them may need a separate feasibility answer. That answer is part of the specification review, and it should be sought before any quantity or timing is assumed. Certificates are available upon request for custom work as for standard shapes; no certificate number or issuing body is published here.
